Terms of Service

Effective date: July 16, 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Voxaltus, a marketing platform operated by Tractus Holdings LLC ("Voxaltus", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the service you agree to these Terms.

1. The service

Voxaltus provides marketing tools including content creation, social publishing, analytics, advertising management, and related AI-assisted features. Features may change as the product evolves. We work hard to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation.

2. Your account

• You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.
• One account represents one company or brand unless we agree otherwise.
• You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract.

3. Connected accounts and advertising

• When you connect third-party accounts (such as Meta, Google, or other platforms), you authorize Voxaltus to act on those accounts on your behalf, within the permissions you grant.
• Advertising features spend real money from ad accounts you connect. You are responsible for budgets you set and campaigns you activate. Voxaltus never activates spend without your explicit confirmation.
• You must comply with each connected platform's own terms and policies.

4. Your content

You retain ownership of content you create or upload. You grant us the license needed to operate the service (for example, storing, processing, and publishing content at your direction). You are responsible for having the rights to the content you publish and for how you use AI-generated output.

5. Acceptable use

You may not use Voxaltus to send spam, publish unlawful or infringing content, misrepresent your identity, probe or disrupt the service, or violate the policies of connected platforms. We may suspend accounts that do.

6. Billing

• Paid plans bill through Stripe on a recurring basis until canceled. You can cancel anytime from Settings; access continues through the paid period.
• Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
• We may change pricing with reasonable advance notice.

7. AI features

AI-generated content and recommendations are produced automatically and may be inaccurate. Review outputs before relying on or publishing them. Analytics, predictions, and recommendations are informational and are not guarantees of performance.

8. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect and how we use it, including how to delete your data.

9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Voxaltus will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or lost profits, revenues, or data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.

10. Termination

You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including 4, 9, and 11) survive.

11. General

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA. If any provision is unenforceable, the rest remain in effect. We may update these Terms; material changes will be announced in the app or by email, and continued use constitutes acceptance.
