Voxaltus ("we", "us") is a marketing platform that helps businesses create, publish, and measure content across their own connected social and marketing channels. This policy explains what we collect, why, and how you can remove it.

Information we collect

Account details you provide: name, email, business name, website, and industry.
Connected-account data, only for accounts you explicitly connect (for example Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, X, or LinkedIn): an access token issued by that platform, your account handle and id, your own posts, and the public engagement metrics on those posts (likes, comments, shares, views).
Content you create in the product and the performance data of content you publish or track through us.
Usage data: basic logs needed to operate and secure the service.

How we use it

To publish content you ask us to publish, and to schedule it.
To measure performance and generate insights and recommendations for your own brand.
To operate, secure, and improve the service.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not post to any connected account without your action.

Third parties

We share data only with service providers that make the product work, for example the social platforms you connect (through their official APIs), payment processing (Stripe), and cloud hosting. Each processes data under its own terms.

Data retention and deletion

We keep connected-account data only while your account is active or as needed to provide the service. You can disconnect any platform at any time in the app, which revokes and deletes its stored token. To request deletion of all of your data, see our Data Deletion page or email support@voxaltus.com.

Your choices

Disconnect any connected platform in the app at any time.
Request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data by email.
