Data Deletion Request

You control your data in Voxaltus and can delete it at any time. This page explains both the instant option and how to request full deletion.

Disconnect a platform (instant)

Open the app, go to Channels or Settings, and disconnect any connected account (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, X, or LinkedIn). Disconnecting immediately revokes and deletes the stored access token and stops any further data collection for that account.

Delete all of your data

To permanently delete your Voxaltus account and all associated data, including any connected-account posts and metrics we stored:

1. Email support@voxaltus.com from the address on your account with the subject "Delete my data".
2. Include your account email and, if relevant, the connected handle (for example your Instagram username).

We will confirm and complete deletion within 30 days. Once deleted, this data cannot be recovered.
